The service
Postaja is a web app for preparing social media and ad content with artificial intelligence. The user reviews and publishes the content and is responsible for its compliance with the law and third-party rights.
Plans and prices
Plans, credits and prices are published on this site. Prices exclude VAT, which is charged at the applicable rate. Plan credits are valid for the current billing period; purchased credits are valid for 12 months.
Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions are paid in advance for a month or a year. A monthly plan can be cancelled any time and runs to the end of the paid period. Yearly plans are not refunded pro rata, except under the guarantee.
Agency pilot and guarantee
The agency pilot lasts 30 days and includes the Studio plan for 3 brands. The guarantee applies if, in the first 30 days, you upload the brand book, at least 3 past posts and a plan for at least one client, and fewer than 8 out of 10 generated posts are published without a manual copy edit. In that case we refund the first period.
Content and data
The content you upload and the content you create in Postaja is yours. Each organization's data is kept separate and used only to provide the service.
Liability
We provide the service with professional care but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or post results. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes and law
We notify you of changes by email at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
