What we collect
On this website we collect what you enter in the form: name, agency, email, web address and an optional message. With your consent through the cookie banner we also measure visits (Google Analytics).
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to prepare the free sample, answer your enquiry and agree on a pilot or subscription. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For visit measurement the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for at most 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer — then the subscription terms and statutory retention periods for accounting records apply.
Processors
The website and app run on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in the EU. Email is sent through an email service provider. Visits are measured with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.); cookie consent is managed by CookieYes. We never sell data and do not transfer it outside the EEA without appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send requests to info@postaja.eu. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
